Originally from Cincinnati Ohio, Stephan relocated to SW Florida in 1991. Stephan is a graduate of The University of Cincinnati with a degree in Real Estate and Finance. In 1993, Stephan first started his career in Real Estate as a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and in 2005 received his Real Estate Sales License. He then partnered with Crystal Wiser at Re/Max Sundance Realty II. In 2014 Stephan became a Real Estate Broker and formed Waters Edge Real Estate in 2015. Stephan has over 20 years of knowledge of the Real Estate Market in SW Florida.
